Interactive bouncing logo animation
DVD Screensaver
Watch the classic DVD Video style logo travel across the screen, change color at every edge and count the rare corner hits. Adjust the speed and logo size before opening the live animation in fullscreen.

Set up the DVD Screensaver
Set the movement to fit the display, then let the animation continue without the surrounding page.
Choose the logo size
Use a smaller logo for more travel space or a larger one for better visibility from across a room.
Set the speed
Move from a slow drift to faster motion. The value changes how far the logo travels per frame.
Open fullscreen
Press F or choose Fullscreen. The logo recalculates its bounds for the expanded display.
Watch or pause
Pause at any position, then resume. Reset restores the original speed, size and counter.
How the bouncing motion works
The logo has a horizontal and vertical direction. When its edge reaches the available area, that direction reverses and the logo receives a new color. A corner hit is counted when both directions reverse together.
Browser size and logo size affect how often an exact corner contact can occur. The counter records events created during the current page session and resets when the tool is reset or reloaded.
Use it as motion, not as display protection
The moving logo works well as a nostalgic background, stream visual or idle display. Modern screens handle static images differently, and this page does not guarantee protection from burn in or image retention.
For a still dark display, use the Black Screen tool. For a diagnostic pattern, use the Burn In Test rather than relying on the logo animation.
DVD animation controls
The settings change the actual movement rather than playing a fixed video.
Speed
Sets the movement rate from 0.5 times to 6 times the starting speed.
Size
Scales the logo from very small to 40 percent of the stage width.
Pause
Freezes the current position without resetting the color or corner count.
Keep awake
Requests that a supported browser prevent the display from sleeping during fullscreen.
Important: A screensaver cannot promise to prevent permanent image damage. Follow the display maker's care guidance and avoid unnecessary high brightness for long periods.
DVD Screensaver questions
Does the DVD logo really hit the corner?
Yes. The animation calculates edge collisions, and the counter increases when horizontal and vertical hits occur together.
Is this a video loop?
No. The logo position and bounces are generated live in the browser.
Can I change the logo color?
The color changes automatically after each edge collision. Speed and size are manually adjustable.
