Play Pink Noise with an animated screen
Test the sound at low volume first and make small changes from there.
Start playback
Press Play so the browser can create the audio after your direct action.
Raise volume slowly
Use the quietest level that is useful in your room or headphones.
Tune the motion
Lower motion for a steadier texture or raise it for more noticeable variation.
Pause or reset
Stop the generator instantly and return to the starting settings when needed.
What makes this signal sound different
It reduces energy as frequency rises, which creates a more even balance across octaves than white noise. It often sounds less hissy, while Brown Noise places still more emphasis on the low end.
A noise color describes its frequency distribution. It does not promise a particular sleep, concentration or health result.
A continuous local generator
Playback is synthesized after you press Play, so the page does not depend on a short music track or an external stream. The animated background is visual only and can be expanded separately with Fullscreen.
Use White Noise when you want the brighter signal and television static look. Use Black Screen when you want no sound or visible animation.
Playback and visual controls
The page keeps sound choice fixed so the settings are clear and repeatable. With a reduced-motion setting, the picture stays still while audio remains available.
Play and pause
Starts the audio with a user action and pauses it without closing the page.
Volume
Controls the output from silent to the available maximum.
Motion
Changes how quickly the animated background evolves. It does not change the audio.
Fullscreen visual
Fills the display with the pink animated field and exits with Escape.
Important: Avoid high volume and long uncomfortable listening, particularly through headphones. This is not a treatment tool.
Pink Noise questions
What is the difference between pink and brown noise?
Pink noise has a balanced octave based slope. Brown noise falls more strongly toward the high end and usually sounds deeper.
Is the audio prerecorded?
No. The browser generates it after you select Play.
Can I leave it running in fullscreen?
Yes, but browser background and power settings may pause or limit playback, especially on mobile devices.
