Set up the No Signal TV Screen
Choose the visual treatment first because vintage mode adds noise and distortion to the otherwise clean bars.
Pick clean or vintage
Clean bars provide sharp sections. Vintage TV adds an aged screen character for a retro scene.
Preview the text
Make sure the central message remains readable at the intended viewing distance.
Open fullscreen
Use F or the Fullscreen button to remove the controls and page background.
Reset the look
Return to clean bars and the initial view with Reset after finishing the scene.
Built as a visual prop
The color blocks and centered No Signal card resemble a television input screen, which makes the page useful for video backgrounds, stage displays and harmless pranks. It does not detect whether a cable or broadcast signal is connected.
Because television brands use different graphics, this is a generic recreation rather than a copy of one model's menu.
Do not use it to calibrate a display
The bars are intended for visual presentation. They are not a measured broadcast calibration signal and cannot set neutral whites, midtone brightness or video levels.
For basic panel inspection, use the Screen Test. Open a pure black screen when you need to examine dark field uniformity instead of a television graphic.
No Signal style options
The tool keeps the choice simple so the fullscreen view stays convincing.
Clean bars
Shows crisp color areas and a sharp central signal message.
Vintage TV
Adds visual aging and texture for an older television feel.
Keep awake
Asks the browser to keep the display active while fullscreen is running.
Fullscreen and reset
Fullscreen hides the website. Reset restores the default clean pattern.
Important: This is not a cable, antenna or input diagnostic. Check the television source menu and physical connections when a real device reports no signal.
No Signal TV Screen questions
Does this test my HDMI connection?
No. It only displays a No Signal graphic inside the browser.
Is there television static sound?
No. This screen is silent. The White Noise tool provides optional generated static audio.
Can I use it in a video?
You can use the browser visual as a prop. Check any separate trademark or production requirements that apply to your project.
